A couple of years ago, I bought a Halloween costume for my little guy — only to have him freak out at the last minute because it didn’t “feel right.” Thankfully, we had a real cowboy outfit for him that he was more than happy to put on. Presto! Instant cowboy. (Boy was his Texan grandpa proud!)
